Verified Reviewer New ReviewerThere service STINKS
Received a credit card, activated it and it doesn't work at the checkout lanes! Cant set up an online account. They don't call you back. Customer service line sucks big time! Their female help are *** when they answer the phone and tremendously rude! Bank must be operated by democrats... explains the rudeness!
User's recommendation: RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I don't want anything. I feel people need to know the crummy service you get with this bank.

You seem preoccupied about the bank account being closed. What does that really matter?
If the money was gone from the account, what would it matter if the account is closed or not? Your brother had ID for himself and POA for your dad. I agree it is a horrible situation but the bank did not do anything wrong.
On a side note, how was a 95yo living day to day prior to this incident? Food, paying bills etc.
