The server that lets you make a payment was down, for days and days. I called in and they said they knew about the problem and I would just have to keep trying.
The woman said not to worry about a late fee because she had put a note in my file saying that she had dried it as well and the server was down. Several days later I got in and made the payment. I tried EVERY DAY but it took 6 or 7 days.
Then they charged me a late fee and although they agree with everything I have said here THEY WILL NOT REVERSE THE FEE!! SO I AM TRANSFERING THE BALANCE OWED TO ANOTHER CARD.
