Twice in about five weeks, the password I'd been using for my account suddenly won't work. Can't change my password on line since Commerce has it set up so that you have to have a credit or debit card with them to do it.
So I had to call Customer No Service.
The agent demanded that I give her examples of two recent transactions.
I gave her about 8: after each one she informed me that it was too old at transaction, too new a transaction of just "I don't see it." So I can't get into my account online and for all I know, someone might have hacked it.
No use asking Customer No Service to check on it: they'd probably want to know the hacker's name, phone number, SSN and shoe size. I've had this account since 1988 and am now planning to change banks.
