I can't wait to cancel this card that I have had since 1977!! The computer will not take my routing number on a different account of mine and I was transferred over to someone in loan department who was very rude and implied I did not know where the routing number was on my checking account.

She turned me over to the credit card department who said it would cost me $15 for her to process it. Both were very rude even after I told them I have Multiple Sclerosis and am very slow at putting numbers in but do manage most of the time. No consideration given!!!! If you can't get it to take the numbers or if you are slow then it will cost you!!!

Boy!!! At least Discover treats a customer with dignity and respect!!! A few more months and I am out of here!!!
