Commerce Bank closed my checking account which was in good standing with no negative issues without notifying me, mailing anything, or even a phone call. I only found out when I tried to use my debit card and was declined.

They refused to reopen it and told me to reapply. I had been a loyal customer with high daily balances for 12 years and just recently moved most of those funds to a bank closer to me where there were no Commerce Bank.

Their customer service was rude, bordering on aggressive, and refused to offer me any recourse for their actions.I will NEVER use them again and have told all my family and friends members to move their accounts as well. Say goodbye to a combined 1.2 million in assets Commerce Bank.
